Our take on the BFG

A few weeks ago we shared concept art for our first gun. The design for it was created by our Art Director Oksana, which you can also see it in the concept illustration used at the top of our website and on various social media platforms.

This week, we finalized the in-game low-poly version. Coming in at 663 polygons, here is our first weapon. We are jokingly calling it the “BFG” until we come up with a real name.



The blue sphere on the front of the weapon has an animated particle effect to add some flare.



And, by special request from one of our team members, Matthew, the art team also made one with a gold fish in it inspired by ‘70s goldfish-bowl disco shoes...why our art team even humored this is a mystery.



Obviously, this version will likely not make the final game release, unless the developers decide to humor Matthew as well.

This weapon marks the first of many custom loot items players will find throughout each match.
